Outstanding Paint Decorated Dolls Chest

 Dating from the second half of the 19th Century, this wonderful little Doll's Chest has successful proportions, excellent paint in that magic color of Robin's Egg Blue and is finely constructed, including dovetailed drawers. A pair of glove drawers surmounted by scalloped galley set within molding on molded rectangular top above a case of three drawers retaining original porcelain pulls with brass back-plates; raised on cutout "cupids bow" shape feet; superb applied front base apron.
