Wrought Iron Socket Candleholder Presented here, a wonderful candleholder made from a wrought iron socket candleholder that has been stuck into a piece of wood so it will stand upright. The make-do wooden base is incised with somewhat crude decorative lines with no apparent design, but just to embellish the piece of wood. This presentation has a wonderful "look" as a country accessory and the socket candleholder dates from the 18th century. The wooden base with the iron socket stands 7" high. R05H09573 Questions?
