Chinese Export Porcelain Canton Scallop Edge Bowl Presented here, a Chinese Export Porcelain Scallop Edge Bowl decorated in underglaze blue using particularly fine brush strokes and detail with the traditional exotic houses, mountains, sailboats and bridge set against a white porcelain ground. The central panel is surrounded by a "rain and cloud" border. Overall condition is particularly good and the color is excellent. There is, however, some minor roughness to the scalloped edge in a couple of places and a couple of flea bites on the rim that are felt, rather than seen because of the white border.
