 Presented here, a wonderful paint decorated box. The box is of dovetail construction with a rectangular lid over conforming box with original iron handles and hinges. 
The exterior is ornamented with ochre putty-painted roundels and rolled motifs against a yellow ground. Truly eye candy for the collector of items in original paint. Condition is very fine with only the normal minor dings and imperfections that are mentioned for the sake of accuracy with the overall condition being excellent.
