Fine Redware Jar with Olive Green Glaze with Yellow/Green Drips. It stands 8-3/8" high and is in excellent condition. Circa 1850. This one beautiful jar with a glaze that will set the rest of your collection glowing. It's a deliberate slip decoration, ingeniously done. Incised lines on the shoulder provide a decorative element.
