 In a rare, desirable small size, this pair of spectacles with red and green lenses exhibits great form and proportions. Circa 1860, formed zinc & iron frame, early second gilt surfaces with nice use wear. Both original blown glass lenses intact, never reset, straws and bubbles evident in both. Never have seen one with green lens before (symbolizes nearsighted testing). Excellent condition throughout. Both sides equally appealing. Never any repairs. Size: 18-1/4H x 33" W x 1" D. $6500.00
