Victorian Ice Cream Parlor Soda Water Dispenser

Presented here, a Victorian Ice Cream Parlor Soda Water Dispenser and Lighting Fixture.  Multi colored marble shaft which matches marble ball on spigot handle. 31-1/2 inches high with 9-1/4" base diameter.

All metal components are brass . . . yellow or rose.  Spigot is two position.  Forward for low pressure flow carbonated water for such drinks and high pressure fine stream in back position for finishing ice cream sodas. (The fine stream on the ice cream at the top of the soda created large bubble foam which young and old kids enjoyed as "eye candy".  The original CO2 tube is in the marble shaft so it essentially only needs connecting to function.  (Same for the water pipe.)  Can also be used for water, beer, etc . . . whatever source is plumbed in.  It dates ca 4th quarter 1800's and is likely unique in today's market.
