Hand Wrought Footed Hearth Trivet The word "Fabulous" works well with this Hand Wrought Footed Hearth Trivet. It is most certainly a work of art from a fine blacksmith. Circa 1650 to early 1700's. Likely English, made and brought over as part of a colonists possessions. Originally with a handle which parted company in a time long past. A rare addition to a fine collection of early iron. A great wall piece, or use it on the hearth. It is 16" long x 17-1/2" wide x 3" high with the wonderful patina of an early iron piece that has been lovingly cared for. P08G027A885 Questions?
